This large roasting rack measures 18cm (7″) wide and can be used with 5.6L and 7.5L Instant PotT pressure cookers, as well as traditional ovens. It’s heat resistant to 232�C (450�F) and suitable for use with air-fryers. It can also be used to serve food and protect surfaces against heat damage.
